At Mister Safety Shoes, we want to ensure your total satisfaction and safety on the job. If your footwear is unworn and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to begin the return process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn boots in their original manufacturer's box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to protect the packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
